1. A £20.00 deposit will be required (after fitting) to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid on collection of your outfit.
2. Your suit will be ready for collection after 1.00pm on the day before your Prom. It must be returned to us by 1.00pm the day after your Prom.
3. We advise you to try on your suit at home on the evening of collection. Should you wish to exchange any items, please contact us the following morning by 12.00 noon (
Tel: 01384 483012) and we will deal with any exchange of garments you may require.
4. If a second fitting is required then a charge of £10.00 will be added to your order. This is only applicable were an outfit is tried on/fitted again. If you simply wish to change an accessory colour (without the need for trying on) then no charge will be made.
5. Cancelled items are subject to our normal cancellation charges. Please note that any items cancelled on the day of collection are subject to a charge of 75% of the original order value.
6. During the busy Prom booking months (ie. March, April, May) we are offering students the opportunity to book an appointment for their Prom fitting as follows:

No appointment is needed at either shop outside of these hours. However, although our Brierley Hill Showroom does not normally operate an appointment system, we would stress that we are extremely busy with wedding party bookings from January to April and would therefore strongly advise a mid-week or evening visit if possible, to avoid the likelihood of a longer than normal waiting time at the weekend.
